I'm not sure.

Personally I think you may like G+ because of the control that you have over content.

I created a music circle that provides me with endless cool videos and information so I find myself using it far more than Twitter or FB anymore.

Each social platform has its specialty but I see far less attention whoring on G+ than any of the others.

You should give it a try and see what you think.

I’m beginning to believe that like a lot of what Google does Google+ is going to be in beta and invite only for eternity. It’s their way of creating buzz and giving off the impression you’re part of some elite group even if that group has millions of users. Not just anybody can just join on their own but eventually invites from other users go out to every known corner of the universe. Good or bad, it’s what they do.

If anyones got an extra invite to send my way I give a thanks in return, and probly more links music'n'shit.
I've been hearing more and more good things about it for me to finally care about checking it out.
