Too many scenes for Live Lite

So one of the other member's of my band has Live Lite and I have the full version. I've tried to give him files to work with/record his parts into, very stripped down versions of my files of sketches that I haven't done much with. Despite only having one or two tracks with only a couple used clips, his Live Lite opens with the error:

This set contains features that are limited or unavailable in Live Lite 8
Details: 20 session view scenes (limited to 6)

Now, as far as I can tell Live creates a file with a default of 20 scenes.....any way to reduce this?

Right-click on the scene and delete it.

yeah....if you have the full version, and your buddy has the lite, he can share with you, but you can't share with him.
i had the same problem when i upgraded from the lite version to intro. at one point i was actually using 2 versions, the akai version and intro....because anything i made on lite, would not open in intro, and vice versa.
i asked the abletons what the deal was....they said it was because the lite version and intro work with rigid templates to limit your tracks/ scenes....they are not compatible with each other or any of the larger versions.
but the larger versions are compatible with all versions.

Right-click on the scene and delete it.

Alternately:
Highlight unused scenes (click the first scene name, hold shift and click the last scene name) and hit delete.


Also keep in mind that Intro only holds two send/returns when sharing projects.
