How To Make a Tutorial

I need a piece of software that will let me record my desktop, the sound coming from my DAW, and the mics.

I have a FoscusRite Saffire USB 6 and Windows 7 64 bit.

Can anyone recommend something?

I have some many techniques to teach, yet I can't explain them to people without showing video.

I'll pay for something as long as there is a demo first prove that it works.
