Moving my project from my desktop to laptop

I have music wav files and loops in a project. I want to transfer the project from my desktop to my
laptop. I there a way to save it to a flash drive?

Yup. Collect & Save, then copy the project folder over. You'll need to make sure you have any vsts you're using on both machines.
