Set LFO rate to specific bar length?

Post by SupaIrish » Fri Sep 16, 2011 7:53 pm

Hello, was wondering if someone knew the quick answer to this.

Suppose I have a nice Reece bass sound in Operator and I want to put an LFO on it. Is it possible to set the LFO rate to a specific bar length? For example I want the LFO to oscillate once per 2 bars, something slow and exact like that. Or do you just have to play with the LFO rate by ear? Or is something like this possible in one of the other built-in instruments... Analog, Sampler?

Thanks for any tips!

In the LFO section of operator you need to check the LFO box to switch it on then. In the second drop down box select S for sync (instead of H for high or L for Low). When you do that the rate button will switch to units of beats instead of Hertz .
