A Couple Simple Questions About Using Ableton On Stage

Post by mmglynn » Thu Sep 22, 2011 5:03 pm

Hello, first time poster here. I am going to be using Ableton for the first time with a band. On stage I will have an APC40 and Lexicon Omega. The Omega Has two outs So It would be one out for the click one for the samples. If there is a Stereo Sample, and Im only using one of the outs on the lexicon, will I only get one side?

Yes.
The only workaround is to make it mono.

Just FYI, every single place I've ever played w/ a band only has mono sound, so you won't be losing anything by making everything mono IMO.
