You got a couple of options...
1. Export the whole arrangement as audio, then drag the wav back into Live and view the waveform in the clip view.
2. Get acquainted with the spectrum device so you can do this in real time.

Toss this: http://bram.smartelectronix.com/plugins.php?id=4 on your master, adjust the "time" parameter as needed, won't show the whole track, but closer to what you're looking for at least. Actually, possibly more useful, depending.
