my vst plug-in is not working

I think I successfully installed East West Quantum Leap's Goliath VST 32 bit plug-in and it's play engine 2.1.2 (this is the engine east west tech suppport recommended install) into ableton's live intro vst plugin folder. However, when I run live the plugin window is completely blank. Could someone please suggest a solution. (Running on a Toshiba core 2 duo 32 bit vista)

I'm having the same issue with Synth1.vst. I'm using Live for APC (upgraded to 8.2.6) on a Macbook.

If I find anything out, I'll come back and post here.
