Propeer installation of ableton live 8 suite

I am concerned that my library is not installed properly. specifiaclaly all of the simpler and sampler presets. On 20 percent of the preset I get a message that the wave form is missing. I have repaired the library and it states that 35000 files are missing. I have loaded the EIC,session drums and partner instrumetns I have purchased on a separate hard drive as advised
any advice?
