Why can't i scrub audio in the file browser anymore?

Why can't i scrub audio in the file browser anymore?

All of a sudden I can't skip around listening to audio in the file browser anymore. The audio still plays as a preview but I can't jump around anymore in said preview. Any ideas? Thanks.
