Can you put a wav/mp3 file in Ableton Live 7?
I have recorded something, now I want some spoken word to finish it. But is it possible to put a mp3 in Ableton? So it becomes like any other track you have recorded?

no, I'm pretty sure ableton doesn't support standard audio file import

all joking aside, yes, that will work fine. Do you have an MP3 you are planning to use? because you asked in the title about wav/mp3, but if you have any control over it (i.e. you have the source as .wav) you should use that, because mp3 is a lossy format, which has decreased in quality due to conversion.
