i would like to know if it's possible to do a concert during 1 hour for exemple, with an AKAI APC 40 ?

why not, of course! 
I use monomulator to turn apc40 into a monome, I run Molar vst + default apc functions without any problem.
Whatever you wanna use with your controler, you'll have to think how it can be cool for you.
Mainly for ease of use during a live performance.
