Program Changes in Live 8

Hello All,

I'm just wondering whether Live 8 has added the ability to read MIDI Program Changes from MIDI files? I'm working between two different applications and it would really be great if Live could read the Program Changes from MIDI files exported from the other app. I'm still on Live 6, which doesn't support this, but I'm wondering whether an upgrade would buy me this capability?
