OS X Lion + Live 8.2.6 = Test Tone clicking

I just installed Lion, and Live 8.2.6 on a macbook pro that has never had any audio issues in the past.

Now, when I play the test tone, I get clicks and pops. It lessens if I turn off WIFI but it's still there.

What do I do?
