Redmatica AutoSampler converting my .asd files?

Post by Demorgan » Sun Oct 16, 2011 6:53 pm

All my samples now have the AutoSampler logo instead of the default Abelton live one.
Maybe it's just changing the little icon but is this a problem? Also is there a way to disable this?

I have aAutosampler. It never bothered me, and I never had any problems with the asd live files having the autosampler icon.

At any rate, its an easy fix unless redmatica actully uses .asd files.
Right click any file, choose open with Live and check apply to all files.

That is exactly the case: Autosampler uses .asd files

Ah I see. Lovely issue.
.asd files are bound to be in folders with samples you used in Live and you could store redmatica files in those folders.
Its not a technical problem, but I suppose it can mess with your head a little.
