Create Folder Disabled

I have just installed on Ableton on Lion. When I go to the Plugin Device Browser, I can't click "Create Folder" because it is greyed out. Normally, I can create folders here so I can arrange my VSTS.

I also ask this because a VST is crashing and saying that it can't create a folder. I thought this might be a security problem but I gave everyone read/write access to the VST folder.

Any ideas?
