How can I erase the file names from list when i open set?

In ableton when you go to File > Open Recent, there is a list of previous files ive worked on. How can I refresh or clear this list?

Anybody? Is there some sort of cache to delete? I just want to erase the list of previous filenames i have opened? Maybe its not possible? Help help help!!!!

iirc somewhere in the prefs you have a box for the number of recent projects to show, set it to 0, quit and restart, set it back to the number you want
(or is it a mac osx preference?, cant remember)
