fades - issue with timing

hi all,

ever had this...
you create a fade between 2 clips in arrangements view, 2 clips from the same piece of music, same tempo, but when you crossfade, there's chaos, one is in the wrong place and the crossfade doesn't work.

if you let the tracks run, unfaded, into each other, its perfect, as soon as you cross fade them, on the same channel, they move.
