Ableton/LSDJ and Gambatte Emulator MIDI Sync?

Is there any way I can sync MIDI from LSDJ to Ableton, perhaps as an external instrument?

I'm running the LSDJ ROM on Gambatte Gameboy Emulator if that helps.
