How do i convert a MIDI track to Audio on a side chain track?

Set up another audio track and record in to it.
You can do this by setting the output of your midi track to the new audio track or
setting the input of the new audio track to the midi track or
setting it to re sample which records the sound at the master output.
Or if the compressor is at the end of the effects chain move it to another track momentary. freeze your midi track and place the compressor back on it.
Really the only safe cat is a naked one.

this software for MIDI converting. I've been using it for a long time and really admire it.

That's a different kettle of fish lapbottom from rendering or recording the audio produced by a midi synth inside a running DAW.
