I finally did it!

Not that anyone here would remember me, but I finally made the plunge and bought the upgrade to Live 4. Happy, happy! Joy, joy! :D

Quite a different animal, huh?

It's like having a 3 year old child and coming home one day and suddenly it's 14 years old.

Good good stuff.

Agreed. Bring on Ren and Stimpy!! :)

I'm getting a new external harddrive in a couple of days, and after that I'm gonna do a clean OSX install an take Live 4 for a real spin. (I've got 279 MB left on my system disk right now so it's not really fun doing anything on my lappy. I so desperatly need a bigger partition on my internal HD.) I'm looking forward running MIDI from Live to Sculpture and running the audio back into Live for FX. Weeeee!! :D There's no end to the possibilities!!

What's up with Conny by the way? Did I miss something?

You should try to keep 10% or so free space on your system drive for the system to do it's 'thing' otherwise you're cramping it's style and yuo won't get the best possible performance.
