Is it possible to use Ableton instruments/effects in Cubase?

Hi, is there a converter that would allow to use Ableton instruments and effects in Cubase? Thanks!

There does not exist a converter to run them natively (not sure how that would even work, really) but I believe both of those programs support ReWire, so you should be able to send MIDI and audio back and forth between them.
