Using Camtasia Studio to make an Ableton Live Tutorial-win7

Hello Ableton Friends,

I am going to making some great free high quality tutorial videos and I am having some issues with my captures:

I am using Win 7 and an RME Fireface 400.

1) The mic records to the left channel only.
2) The "system audio" from Ableton is not being recorded. The system audio from any other app such as "itunes" is recorded into the capture.

I have my Ableton outputs routed to outputs 9/10 on the fireface where they are then routed to the appropriate analog and digital outs for my monitoring.

Any help on this would be extremely helpful; my tutorials can't really be completed without this all important step.
