Best Virtual Analog Synth

I've been listenting to music that uses a lot of virtual synths (or real analog synths) for a long time. I've always wanted to make similar sounds but nothing I've tried with digital synths like Komplete etc. come close. I picked up Arturia's Minimoog V a couple of weeks ago and Bam! I had a whole bunch of the sounds I wanted. I wrote a tune which I really liked. You can check out the tune at www.syncretia.com. The track is called Spicy Sunshine.

Here are some of the artists in the style that I have been aiming for:

So, you have an idea of what I'm talking about.

The question is, if I have some cash to spend, should I go out and buy the Arturia Complete package? Or, is there another package that will give me sounds like this? What alternatives are there to Arturia's Complete package? Keep in mind the sound that I am aiming for.

Some Fusor presets use a bit too much CPU power but it sounds great, especially the Electric Himalaya stuff http://www.fxpansion.com/index.php?page=108.

I was recently looking for something ROYGBIV-like and happened to open up a free VST I had forgotten about called Taurus which obviously is a Moog Taurus bass pedal synth VST and it works very well for the bassline. http://www.kvraudio.com/get/1972.html

By the way, Lowfish are one of those great bands that nobody knows about for some reason.

There are other Arturia plugins that IMO are even better than the Minimoog V! The CS-80V is incredible - the range of sounds you can get out of it is amazing. Takes a bit of learning to get the best out of it though. Similar for the Moog Modular, Jupiter and ARP plugins. I just think Arturia are the closest to replicating analog sound out there at the moment. I would almost go as far as to say that they get closer to true analog than most dedicated analog modelling hardware synths. You do pay CPU-wise though and I wouldn't trade my Nord Modular's for any plugin on the market!!

EDIT: Oh, and I do have a few analog synth's - just nothing that get's anywhere near a CS-80 or a moog modular in terms of flexibility!
