Latency issue

Hi I,m using ableton 8.1 on win XP SP 3(intel core 2quad q8400 and 4Gb of RAM). Audio interface M audio delta 1010. I have got big latency, around quarter of second, with buffer size of 512, 256, 64. However latency latency doesn't change at all.

This is screen with routing which I'm using.

plugins which are on tracks: 2-3-4 Audio I'm using Alloy; On Master is Ozone

Upgrade live to the latest version (8.2.6) and see if that makes any difference.
