Routing Internal Audio

So i had this thought last night and haven't really figured out a way to do it, pretty much what the title says are you able to route internal audio from the computer through live?

ie route these



to these

Not that I know of. But you could, say, record a youtube video into an mp3 with a software like Audio Hijack.
