looper visual feedback to launchpad?

Post by mduncs » Thu Nov 24, 2011 9:54 pm

hey, i'm wondering if it is possible to get some feedback from the looper device to the lights on the launchpad. ideally i would like use the scene launch buttons in session mode to display red when recording, green for play, orange for overdub.

Not standing alone.. You need something like Bomes midi translator.

thank you...care to elaborate if you can?

i googled with max for live + looper feedback and found this: http://cycling74.com/forums/topic.php?id=28884

so it looks like somebody has already done most of the work. i guess this is a good time to decide on whether to get into m4l.

any way you could be a pal and share the info with us? i've been unsuccessfully searching that info for a while. i desperately need a simple looper that can be controlled with the launchpad but those damn lights are driving me nuts.
