Dirty Dutch Vocal rapid pitch change
Hey all, I was wondering what effect or instrument to use to achieve the Dirty Dutch style pitch up/down with vocals. I tried to transpose and that works well, but I guess you can't automate that parameter. or can you? Should I use the pitch envelope?

Could you post a Youtube clip of what specifically you're after? You can automate transpose/pitch on a clip. It also might be worth your while to throw a vocal sample into a Simpler and play what you're looking for with MIDI, also tinker around with the pitch envelope in that Simpler. Be sure to turn on the "Glide" setting if you want it to smoothly transition from one pitch to another. It's hard to say what to do without hearing the effect for myself.alekst1923 wrote:Hey all, I was wondering what effect or instrument to use to achieve the Dirty Dutch style pitch up/down with vocals.
