Saved over a m4L Preset, how do I restore?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to M4L I opened one of the building blocks, removed part of it to get a better understanding of how it works. When I close the Max window down the save option came up and I absent minded pressed return without thinking. Now the preset for MAX SpectralHarm is useless. Anyone know of anyway to restore to default?
