Unable to open projects created on another PC

Hi guys,

Firstly I'm new here so hi.

Secondly I'm trying to open a project I'm working on with a mate, we've done a lot of work on his PC but I've now got Ableton and was trying to do some work on it here too however when I try to open the file Ableton crashes, here is some of the error report, is anyone able to assist or know someone who could help?

I'd be massively grateful for any help.

Same versions used on both computers ?

...i even can't even open 8.2 docs on a machine with 8.1....
Same same but different.....newest version on both machines is the only chance....and, of course, that doc should include all audiodata....

If you got to get on with it now.....bounce all tracks in the old version....and start a blank doc for the new one and pick the bounced tracks from scratch....
