Lost it? Stolen, Fire, Gig? .... That sux asswilldahbe wrote:Man I lost all my stuff in 2011 that I bought in 2010. Moog Little Phatty, Virus Snow, Kawai K3 Synth, Native instruments Machine, Technics 1200s. I hate everything.
I work a job I don't really like to spend on something I love... Music and if I lost my gear or my sample library or my old tracks I would just give up completely. Honestly. I have always turned to my music to help sooth myself in times where I would just go insane with my own thoughts (death, suicide, relationships etc). That is why I love the art. Nothing better than when you are really down to crack out a beautiful piece of music that makes you think that things aren't all bad.
I guess you can start again though.

Lost my job as an Audio Video Tech and had to sell all my gear for rent and stuff as well as move back home close to my mom to take care of her. God I can't wait to blow this poop stain and get back with my live. The midwest can suck it, Chicago has some good House/Nu Disco going on again though which is awesome.
Good thing is though I still have enough plugins and controllers that I'm still writing every day and actually completing quite a few original tracks and remixes.
