Reaktor preset changes freeze Live interface

Ok, so i know this is a cross-software issue but wondering if anyone else has come up against it.
Basically trying to jump between snapshots in a Reaktor ensemble (both using Snapper and Prog change messages) and it will cause the live interface to freeze (i.e. audio is still playing but nothing in the UI is visually responding to anything I'm doing) and then eventually it will freeze/crash.

Seems to happen only when I'm making rapid snapshot changes (e.g. 1 per bar at 130bpm)

anyone hit this issue?
