Transposing/slowing down warped audio

Post by jbrams » Sun Dec 18, 2011 6:05 am

Anyone know how I can keep an audio track (say an acapella) warped, yet transpose it so that it slows down to match my tempo?

I'm trying to do something similar to this track:

In the past I've taken warp off and experimented with transposing at different levels until the acapella matched the tempo of my track, but I'm sure theres a better way to be doing it.

Thanks...

Keep the warp on and change the warp mode to anything other than Repitch then use the transpose dial to the left.
