Do you have the option to have separate outputs for 1 and 2 in you Audio Output preferences?

yeah, but I don't know how they display their options.
I'm just getting at if you can select separate outs between 1 and 2, then you should be able to set your cue output to 1 and Master Out to 2.
Some drivers of lesser value may not give 1 channel options, it always be as 1/2, 3/4, etc, not spearate as 1, 2, etc.

You can set Cue output to only one channel (let's say audio channel 3). Create either a Return or Audio Track that has Master as input (maybe it is resample? I forget). Set the output of that channel to audio channel 4 instead of Master. Careful with your levels :)
