Just sidebaring here. I was checking out beatport the other night and all their tracks were $1.50-$2.00. I then went and found the exact same tracks on iTunes for $1…and the sound quality difference is unnoticeable to 98% of the world’s population.
I haven't signed up for Match yet. In it's current state it sounds like it has more issues than benefits. I'll wait to hear how it improves.

It's probably only DJing where it actually makes a practical difference, and ideally there's going to be prep/volume matching there anyway.
I've found the quality of iTunes can vary pretty wildly, even for a given 'radio edit' version of a song. I've got stuff from there that sounds stunning and stuff that just sounds really lossy - I like the fact that they give you decent previews now though so you can make up your mind properly.
I've never really used Beatport much, probably out of sheer laziness. This looks interesting though:

The Zite app for iPhone is spectacular. I thought it would be shit after being used to using it on the large iPad screen but on the iPhone it really is quite elegant and readable.

I sold my iPad 1 for a wicked overprice, considering it's 1.5 years old and there's no warranty.
But now there's no one selling an iPad 2 anymore. I thought I had a deal tomorrow but the seller vanished into thin air
I hate buyers/sellers who vanish

When it comes to Apple news there's no need to visit multiple sites because within 30 minutes of each other they're all reporting the same damn thing. In some cases the reporting is so lazy the article consists of “According to [insert competitor site here] I’m just going to copy and paste their entire article and then close it with ‘Interesting. Post your comments below.’”

This is a horrific scenario.
You need to treat your Apple products like my exes treated me. Don’t cut loose the old model until you’ve been fucking the new model for at least several months.

Zite is the only one I use anymore, seems to get the widest news coverage and is the most pertinent to the stuff I want to read. Despite winning so many best app of the year awards, I still don't see the allure of Flipboard though...

I usually sell something I love. Hate myself for doing it. Buy something new with the money. Hate myself for doing it. Learning to live with whatever I bought. Tell myself I'll never make the same mistake again.
I don't have a drivers license so I need to get my thrills some other way
