Hey everyone!
So I just got the akai mpd32 as a gift and I'm trying to maximize its use as both a production tool and a controller for djing. I've been able to make a couple beats using the pads but it seems like I'm hardly scratching the surface of the potential for this controller. I've seen several beat making videos where the pads don't need to be held down while creating a beat? Is there a mapping for ableton that I need to do so? Also while djing with traktor, I want to use this mpd with the Berhinger BCD3000, how can I do so if possible?
I'm super new to using midi pads so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
