Sampler conflict between 8.2.1 and 8.2.6

Sending a complete project to someone from my 8.2.1 to their 8.2.6 and seeing this

"The Sampler instrument is not available"

they assure me their sampler works perfectly.
Any idea what would cause this?
i'm guessing because i have suite and he has only live, simpler maybe?
What option is there to go around this? do i have to bounce every drum rack etc?

Update, everything plays and works fine once it's opened, just saving is disabled. So i'm assuming it's a license issue?

Update 2 - Strings inside one sampler were causing a conflict...
