My channel strip might have too many effects that lead to it being wider than my view. I have to go to that little tiny view window and pull side to side to say get to go back to the first item in there. if i simply minimize the effects on the right end of the channel it could then automatically scroll to show the unminimized ones, bringing the first few into view as you minimize the last few.
you could even drag the top of one of the effects to scoll, anything other than having to go to that little window bottom right.
just a thought to make it easier
