Help with Ableton live 8/Komplete8

Hi, first off I am new to all of this so the easiest explanations possible would be ideal. I am trying to use the Absynth and Massive programs that come with Komplete 8 but I cant figure out how to get the sounds from those programs on to ableton. I am on a Windows HP Pavilion laptop if that helps. Someone please help this is bugging me.

If I have already installed all of Komplete 8 do I need to re-install it in the right folder? or is it possible to just move it

Ok i got the VST's to work and they are on live 8 but I cant figure out how to put Absynth 5 sounds onto ableton. Dragging and dropping is not working

dragging the sounds into ableton? When you installed Absynth, it should have loaded the sounds library into the proper place
you should be able to access absynth's sounds by opening absynth and using the browser within the synth itself. Unless I misunderstand your question
