Trouble Opening Live: Cannot Execute Binary File HELP!

I recently downloaded Sample Tank 2.5 online for free. After downloading I shut down my computer, turned it back on, and tried to open live. It did nothing. I uninstalled Sample Tank but to no avail. I opened my console to see what was going on. In the Ableton PID it read: cannot execute binary file. This means it will not pull it up. I am baffled by this and do not understand why. Can anyone help me? THANKS!

Tried re-installing Live?
