Sync ETC EOS to Ableton Live 8 (MTC or Other)

I have searched everywhere for a solution to this problem and I finally decided to just post here. If you have any ideas they are much appreciated:

How can I sync lighting commands with a board such as the ETC EOS with Ableton? Is there any possible way to get Ableton to send MTC? Or is there another command language/solution that I could use?

I need a reliable solution where Ableton is the master and can cue the board.

I think the board can receive Midi CC commands. Could this work? And if so can Midi CC recall specific cue numbers (what kind of commands can be sent)?
