Arrangement view-how to duplicate waveform & keep automation

Is there a way to duplicate a clip in automation view without duplicating the automation curve? On the flip side is there a way to duplicate an automation curve without duplicating the waveform (IE apply the same curve to a different clip? Thanks!

If you enable the Enveloppe Lock (lock symbol, upper right corner of Arrangement window), you can copy clips without the automation.

In order to copy automation only, you have to have the automation on a separate lane. Than select the automation in that lane only and just copy it.
