copy temporal signatures from one session to another

It is needed to copy temporal signatures from one session to another.
In the same session, when I do copy temporal segment, I can then paste it to another place with all information (signatures, tempo, clips, markers...)
But when I want to paste the same clipboard to another session, I only paste clips and loose signatures, markers, ...
Is there any way to copy all onto another session ?
This is currently a very annoying stuff.
