Atomatic start of client Rewire app and open song

One thing that would really improve rewire use:

When you open a Live set that has a rewire client, it will throw up a dialog box asking if you also want to start and open the song in the client.

If the client is already running, then it will open the appropriate song.

I know that the current state of affairs may be a limitiation of the rewire spec, but if Ableton and the Props got together.....
