Video export outta sync with audio track

I have been working on a music video in Live 8.2.7. The problem is when I export the files and import them in final cut pro X they are outta sync. The video is always lagging behind the audio. Both are in sync while viewing the video in Live. I've made sure to set the correct frame rate in final cut pro X, before I imported the video and audio.
I'm wondering if the Ableton time ruler format has to the correct setting before importing the video?

I've also noticed that the video clip starts is at 24fps. when I start. Then when I do a quicktime export of the video(with the current frame rate settings applied)... It is exported at 30fps. I've tried to change the output settings to 24fps which it does, but still outta sync in final cut.
