Blank popup when starting Live 8.2.2

Hi

I have a problem using my Live 8.2.2 installation.
When I open Live, a blank popup windows is shown
and I can't delete it.

Interaction with Live is not possible at all.
Not able to quite Live ( have to use force quit ).

Insights are welcome!
