trouble using komplete and maschine in ableton

hello
I have a bug with several native plug ins, where the sound is disabled when not being used: is there a cure?

also I don't manage to stop the plug-ins (machine, kontakt...) in Ableton (using the "stop clip " button), I need to use the "stop playback" so all stops! => Is that normal and if not can i fix it?
