Audiodamage Dubstation not showing up in Live

So, the dev has basically told me, "Should work. Must be user error." I can install it and if Live is running during the time of the install it'll show up after a rescan. However, if I restart Live it'll either show up and won't load, or not show up in the plug in folder at all. If I install it without Live running it never shows up, though I do see it's name when Live is scanning plug ins. Seems like Live is blacklisting it for some reason Anyone else seen this issue? All my other Audio Damage plugs (I've got a bunch of them) seem fine.
