Hi.

Drag an instance of Sampler or Simpler from the instruments folder on the left hand side of the screen into the area that says "Drop Files and Devices Here". You can then drop the sample you wish to use into the instrument and play with a keyboard or double-click on a single track cell to create a blank midi roll. If you wish to hear the sound as you place the midi notes w/ your mouse, activate the little headphone icon at the top left of the midi roll. Make sure record is activated for that track if you wish to play from external keyboard.

Cheers, But what if i want to warp it first, How do i warp it and then put it into the sampler?

Copy and paste the sample to the arrangement view and press command-j. This will print the sample in place, before effects chain. Make sure your preferences are set to match or exceed the bit depth and sample rates of the sample file so you don't lose too much quality. Then you can drag the new warped sample into Sampler or Simpler.
