HAS ANYONE GOTTEN MyWi and TouchAble TO WORK VIA USB

Sorry for yelling .

Ok, so, I've heard rumor of people being able to use TouchAble via USB. I've been trying. It doesn't work for me.

I have a 16gb WIFI iPad 1. I've installed iOS 5.0.1, jailbroken it, and installed MyWi 5. I have absolutely NO problems getting TouchAble to work via WIFI.

So following all the instructions I can find, I cannot get the software to communicate properly. MyWi says it has a USB tethered connection, with the blue status bar. My Network Preferences has my iPad lit up Green and I have an IP address. I've got everything in Live set up properly. When I open TouchAble, I see my macbook's IP address, however, it does not have a list of slots available. When I attempt to connect, it is telling me to disable my firewall or something like that.

I've got my firewall turned off on my macbook. I don't know of anything else that could be causing the problem.

Any suggestions? or CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THAT THIS WILL ACTUALLY WORK?

i had this problem for a while and just had to get the latest version of touchable + touchable server to solve it...that'd be the first place i'd check...but if u've got the latest versions, i'm not sure what else there is to try. good luck

Well, I thought I had the latest everything.... I'll redownload it all when I get home. Le Sigh.

I've been having the same problem. I've updated everything (Live, TouchAble on the iPad as well as the server) yet I have not been able to get it connected via USB.

I can do it via WiFi no problem, but when trying to connect via USB it doesn't show any slots available.

It should show the IP as well as any slots available (192.XXX.XXX.XXX - X Slots Available) but instead it only shows the IP.
